Creative Zen Vision: M 30GB Problems?
When I turn on my Zen, the first screen that pops up is CREATIVE. Then the ZEN screen pops up. And after that, the screen turns black, it is still illuminated, but it will not go past the black screen. What's the problem? Can I fix it? Also, where the serial number is located (on a sticker), there is a blue dot on the lower right hand corner. Does this mean some type of damage? (I remember taking my phone in to a store because it would not turn on, and the guy said that the red dot underneath the battery on the sticker, means that there is water damage. Is there any solution to my zen not turning on fully?!!!
Did you reset it? If it still doesn't work, connect it to the PC and format it. If the PC doesn't recognize it, take it for repair.
